The HDG Survey Group B.V. is a professional and rapidly growing expertise bureau with several operating companies in the field of quality assurance and damage assessments in the fresh produce sector, located in Rotterdam, Ridderkerk, Breda, ’s Gravenzande and Hamburg, among others. Within our group we work with an enthusiastic and ambitious team. We are immediately looking for a full-time administrative employee for Expertisebureau HDG B.V. in Rotterdam.

 What does the job involve?
• Creating new orders in our own system QC4U
• Answering phone calls and e-mails in a customer-friendly & professional manner

This position requires from you:
• Minimum MBO-4, work and thinking level
• Excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability
• No 9 to 5 mentality (flexible attitude)
• Positive attitude
• Good command of the Dutch and English language;
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel (knowledge of AFAS is an advantage)
